Hotel Reservation Guide

Please complete the hotel reservation form and submit it by email.

Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and room availability may close early once the block rooms are sold out.

Reservation, changes, and cancellations are accepted by email only.

* A confirmation reservation number will be sent to your mobile phone after your reservation request is received by email. Please make sure to check it.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fees are applied based on the date the cancellation or change request email is sent.

• Up to 4 days before check-in: No penalty

• Within 4 days before check-in: 100% of one night's room charge
